Territory Shanghai is located on Taixing Road, close to Wuding Road behind the City castle. It was built in 2008 and consists of 14 high-rise buildings offering 600 units approximately in total. Units in Building 7, 8 and 9 with the floor heating are renovated by the developer before they are sold to the individual landlords, the rest of the units are renovated by different landlords.
