Lakeville Luxe was completed in the early 2017 and it is the 4th phase of Lakeville compounds. It is situated in the heart of Xintiandi, the 5-star area in the city, surrounded with fine restaurants, cafes and luxury shopping malls. The compound consists of 8 contemporary French style buildings offering 301 units in total.
