Vizcaya Villa is located in Biyun area in Pudong, some people name the area as Green City, because it is a purely villa community with several different villa compounds around such as Green hills, Beverley hills and Green villas etc. Vizcaya was built in 2004 and it comprises of 179 pure Spanish and Mediterranean-style detached villas.
