Maison des Artistes is located at the centre of Shanghai Gubei international community on Gubei Road, close to Hongbaoshi Road, with easy access to Hongqiao Central Business District and the new Hongqiao transportation hub. It boasts master planning and ambient facilities, and includes a 50 m greenbelt, as well as a 700 m walkway. The project was completed in late 2009, and has been one of the most successful projects in Shanghai. House patterns range from 70sqm (1-bedroom apartment) to 420sqm (5-bedroom penthouse). Set on a plot of 50,000 sqm, the Art Deco-inspired project includes 15 buildings and has a total built-up area of 180,000 sqm.
