One Park Avenue is located on Xinzha Road, close to Changde Road in Jing’an temple area. It belongs to the same Singaporean developer of Eight Park Avenue. One Park Avenue was built in 2005 and it consists of 10 high-rise buildings offering 1017 units in total. All the units are renovated by the developer before they are sold to the individual landlords, so the fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchens in most of the units look the same. There is a huge club house in the basement of the compound which includes indoor swimming pool, squash room, billiard room, Karaoke rooms and poker rooms etc that are free of charge for the residents. Compared with Eight Park Avenue, One Park Avenue is more mature and there are more greenery areas in the compound. The units in One Park differ from 1 bedroom apartments sized around 70sqm, 2 bedroom apartments sized around 105sqm and 120sqm, 3 bedroom apartments sized around 130sqm and 150sqm, 4 bedroom apartments sized around 180sqm and penthouses sized over 200sqm.There are some staging companies such as Vogue and Yopark which help the individual landlords manage the apartment and provide after-sell services to the residents such as housekeeping and shuttle bus services. One Park Avenue is not a bad choice for single expats and young couples who prefer to IKEA styled renovation and enjoy Cosmo life style.
